Harry was born in Taiwan and he has been living in Canada for over 21 years. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with two bachelors and a Master of Arts (Economics) degrees.

Harry is an entrepreneur. He and his wife started their career in the financial field in 2002. He was also the vice president and acting as an advisor of the Taiwan Merchants Association of Toronto. He understands the challenges that business owners face and what it takes to succeed.

Harry serves the communities. He has served many non-for-profit organizations such as community service organizations, business association, senior center and Canadian Multicultural Council. He serves many people including new immigrants, youth, seniors, different ethnic group. He cares about their needs and has a lot of experiences with community work.

Harry is a family person. He is married to Theresa Tang who is a chartered account from Hong Kong. They have two young boys, Cody and Micah. Harry understands the value of a family and cares about the education and living environment of our next generations.
